SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy:

Your Race Ranch orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days of purchase. If you have not received a confirmation email stating your order has shipped after 10 business days, please check your spam folder or send us an email to inquire when your product will ship.

For Domestic orders, we use USPS first-class mail and priority mail as well as UPS.

For regular international orders, we ship USPS first class internationally. All international orders take approximately 30-45 days to arrive via USPS. If a package shows on USPS tracking it has left the United States (last scan is from an International Service Center or ISC), under normal circumstances, the US Postal Service has no further visibility on that item until a transit country or the destination country provides updated trackinginformation to its system. We are not responsible for taxes or duties applied by the destination country. Please note that our products cannot be shipped to some international destinations.

When your product is shipped an automatic email will be sent with your tracking information. Once tracking has started and a package has been confirmed as "in transit", your package is no longer the responsibility of Race Ranch. If you have received tracking information stating your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact your local USPS or UPS office to see where your carrier may have left your package.

We are happy to take back exchanges and returns.

Exchanges:

The buyer is responsible for shipping charges both ways. Returned clothing must come back to us unwashed, unworn, and from a smoke free environment.

Exchange items must be returned within 7 days of original delivery/ event pick up.

Returns:

Returned clothing must come back to us unwashed, unworn, and from a smoke-free environment.

Also, items must be returned within 7 days of the original delivery. Once we receive it back, we will issue a refund minus original shipping cost and 15% restocking fee.
